How do I access the building?

The front door is locked at all times so when you arrive for your appointment, please text Haeon at (778) 373-9796 and they will let you in.

Where do I park?

There is free street parking right in front of the building on Corydon Ave. and on adjacent streets (Lilac, McMillan, etc.).

What should I know about the office?

My office is on the second floor and is only accessible by stairs. Please remove your shoes upon entry and keep scents to a minimum out of consideration for those with allergies or respiratory issues.

I always have tea, fidget toys, colouring pages, and other interactive objects stocked so if you need or are interested in anything like that, please ask!

I run an air purifier at all times and have a space heater if you find the space a bit chilly.

What should I do if I’m sick?

If you would still like to have your session, please email/text Haeon to change to a virtual or phone session. Please do NOT come in person! As a single-person-run-practice, if I get sick, the whole operation shuts down and I won’t be able to provide services until I’m healthy again. Because of this, I do my very best to take care of my health so that clients who are relying on me aren’t constantly experiencing an interruption in services.

If you are really sick, please cancel and rest! Late cancellation fees are waived for illness and emergencies so please take care of yourself.
