Walking Therapy
If you find eye-contact uncomfortable or would just rather be outside, walking therapy is for you! Dig deep into your psyche while strolling through parks or along winding trails. With the bilateral stimulation of walking, it becomes easier to talk through the tough stuff.
This option is offered from April-October and is a great way to bring fresh life into your self-work!
Group Therapy

As you unpack your emotional baggage with other participants, you’ll find support and camaraderie that makes the journey a little lighter.
