  • Therapy for an individual adult (18+).

    $155 per 50-minute session

  • Therapy for an individual under the age of 18.

    $155 per 50-minute session

  • Consultation sessions for parents and caregivers.

    $175 per 50-minute session

  • For folks who would like to give back to the community, there is an option to sponsor sessions for clients who require a reduced rate. These contributions make therapy more accessible to those who can’t afford it. Please reach out for more info!

Insurance Coverage

Our counselling and psychotherapy services are covered by most insurance providers under “counselling,” “mental health services,” or “psychotherapy." Since it can be tricky navigating all the titles and jargon of insurance companies, we are happy to help you figure out if your plan would cover your sessions with us.

In terms of credentials, Haeon holds a Masters degree and is a psychotherapist and clinical counsellor professionally registered with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association with the CCC-Q designation.

There isn’t currently a regulatory body in Manitoba for counselling/psychotherapy but Haeon meets the requirements to be licensed in regulated provinces.
